  • C-47 (DC-3) new version 4 in development

Here is a taster of the new version of the C-47 (DC-3) in development at the moment with SHD textures, updated dynamics, new 3D cockpit and much more, don't ask how long before release as there is a lot of work still to do but here are some screenshots of the project so far.

Actually Soroush, Manfred updated the model and the Braddick, Basler and C-117 have similar VCs but with different fuel controls and gauge layout, I have retextured it, recalibrated and changed some gauges etc. to make it Buffalo like, it is a really good VC the biggest problem is the missing windscreen / window, exept for C-FCUE which has been modified, I hope everyone can allow it.

Now that is a nice job there Paul on the rivet detail. Just to give you a hint on the cockpit configuration, they still are using the Turbo Basler cockpit. This is not a true DC-3 cockpit the control stand tells it is still in the turbo config, Just a hint

                      Regards Keith Talbot

I can hardly wait. Will it have realistic engine start?

Thank you Keith but I do know what I'm doing, I suggest you read all the posts. BTW there was actually 3 different quadrants used in (C-47) DC-3s.
